Terms of Service

tranck reads keyword and ranking data from your Google Search Console account, optionally verifies it with live Google searches, and provides analysis on top of it — rank-drop alerts, SERP feature detection, content-gap analysis, competitor tracking, and cannibalization detection. What each plan includes is described on our Pricing page, which is part of these terms and can change with notice.

You need a Google account to use tranck — that's how you sign in and how we're granted read access to Search Console. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure; we authenticate you the way Google tells us you're authenticated.

You own the data you connect to tranck. We're granted only the license needed to store it, process it, and show it back to you as part of the service — we don't claim any broader rights to it, and we don't use it to train AI models or sell it. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and who it's shared with.

• The free plan doesn't expire and doesn't require a card.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and your account then reverts to the free plan rather than being deleted.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law, at our discretion, or as stated at the time of purchase.
• We may change plan pricing or limits going forward; we won't change what you've already paid for retroactively.

You agree not to:

• Use tranck to track or analyze a Search Console property, domain, or account you don't have the right to access.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, quotas, or metering — including automating requests to make more checks or analyses run than your plan allows.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to tranck itself.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts it for other customers, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

tranck depends on Google, DataForSEO, Anthropic, Stripe, and our hosting providers to function — see our Privacy Policy for the full list. If any of these services is unavailable, degraded, or changes its own terms or pricing, the corresponding part of tranck may be affected, and we're not liable for outages or limitations caused by a third-party service we depend on but don't control.

tranck — the product, its design, and its underlying code — belongs to us. These terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond using the service as intended.

tranck is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we don't guarantee that any ranking figure — verified or Search-Console-derived — is free of error; both ultimately depend on Google's own systems, which we don't control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tranck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using tranck and disconnect your properties at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account for violating Section 5, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the service — where reasonably possible, we'll give notice first.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be finalized], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as tranck changes. For a material change, we'll notify you by email or with a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use tranck after a change takes effect means you accept it.
