Keyword Opportunity Score

It's meant to answer a prioritization question — out of everything a site already ranks or could rank for, what's actually worth the effort right now — rather than just listing keywords with no sense of which matter most.

A keyword already sitting just outside the top results is often a higher-opportunity target than a much higher-volume keyword starting from nothing, since it usually takes less to move it.
