Content Gap Analysis
Content gap analysis compares a page against the top-ranking results for its target keyword to identify what those pages cover that it doesn't.
Rather than guessing what might be missing, it's a direct comparison: read the page, read the current top results for the same query, and surface the specific topics, subtopics, or angles the competing pages address that this one skips.
It's most useful once a page is already ranking somewhere on the first couple of pages — close enough that filling in what's missing is a plausible way to move up, rather than starting from nothing.
